Austria’s fourth Data Governance Conference brought specialists and decision-makers together in Vienna on 22–23 April 2021.

## **About This Event**

Austria’s fourth Data Governance Conference, organised by ADV, took place in Vienna on 22 and 23 April 2021. It examined the organisational, technical, and human foundations required for dependable management of enterprise data.

The programme connected data governance with artificial intelligence, data quality, metadata management, data architecture, business intelligence, chatbots, and enterprise content management. It also addressed how governance initiatives can be measured through meaningful KPIs and why the human factor matters.

Projects for the Austrian Data Governance Award were also part of the programme. The conference was intended for professionals who design, deliver, or oversee data and analytics initiatives in their organisations.
