RealNetworks: PAM Site Changes
For those customers with expired Upgrade & Support the PAM site will remain firmly closed to access support services, including modifications and resets to license keys and the downloading of binaries.
It is therefore very important that a customer with expiring Upgrade & Support downloads their Helix product entitlements prior to the expiration!
Once the Upgrade & Support has expired, they will no longer have any download or support access.
In the situation where they move hardware platform (upgrade, repair, replacement etc.), those customers will not have access to reset a license key.
To regain access to the PAM site, including the capability to obtain a new license key and latest binaries an Upgrade & Support contract must be purchased.
