Data Model Migration

Data models often encode years of structural knowledge. When an older format or version can no longer be opened by a current modeling environment, that knowledge should not be rebuilt manually or left inaccessible. A controlled conversion preserves the model as a foundation for ongoing work.

We assess the source material and select a suitable conversion path, including intermediate versions where necessary. After migration, we check structures, relationships, and relevant metadata. Processing can take place confidentially in-house, with a non-disclosure agreement on request.
